I have always had an interest in all areas of holistic health and strongly believes that there are always ways to improve and help ourselves in life. This belief has encouraged me to take on courses, workshops and the constant exploration of knowledge in all areas of health and wellness. I believe strongly in community and the power of social connection and support.

I holds 25 years of experience in the therapy industry and 21 years of experience in an educational setting tutoring adults in ITEC, VTCT and NADA courses.
