Ashlyn McBride

I am a Nashville, TN based trainer with a focus on the spirit of NADA and serving populations with limited access to proper resources. I am someone in long-term substance use recovery and passionate about providing trauma informed care to clients.
I currently serve as an ADS to sober living homes and IOP clinics to support those on their journey to recovery. I also support OB clinics who practice acupressure with the NADA 5 point protocol on new born babies with with withdrawls.
