Tara Moreno-Wallen

Tara Moreno is a nationally recognized trainer and founder of Green Tara Holistic Recovery, specializing in integrative healing practices for behavioral health and recovery communities. Through her Acudetox training programs, Tara has trained approximately 60 practitioners across multiple states, equipping them with the skills to deliver trauma-informed, accessible care in both clinical and peer-led settings.

Her approach blends lived experience, evidence-informed practices, and a deep commitment to expanding holistic care within recovery systems. Tara is known for creating engaging, empowering learning environments that prepare students to confidently bring AcuDetox into their communities.
